Job summary

Pronto Pools is seeking a Pool Construction Project Manager to oversee residential pool projects from planning through completion. You’ll coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to keep every project on track and properly finished.

The ideal candidate is organized and dependable, capable of taking ownership of multiple moving parts. Experience in pool construction or related fields is helpful, and strong leadership is valued. Overtime and PTO are available.

This person will help keep projects organized, crews moving, materials on site, and customers informed throughout the process. You’ll work closely with installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to make sure each project stays on track and is completed properly.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple moving parts. Experience in pool construction, landscaping, construction, or project management is helpful, but we’re open to the right person with strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
