Job summary

GLE Operations LLC seeks a friendly Pool Host to greet guests at Halehouse Spa’s pool deck, check them in, escort to seating, and handle reservations with warmth. The role requires multitasking, strong hospitality instincts, and clear communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities include setting up the pool deck, ensuring linens and amenities are stocked, answering questions about hours, and delivering moments of surprise and delight to guests throughout their pool experience.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s Card required within 30 days of hire.
• RBS - Alcohol Training Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Attention to detail and well organized.
• Team-oriented and proactive.
• Passionate about providing heartfelt service.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests upon arrival to Halehouse Pool.
• Set up and close the pool deck each shift according to Auberge standards.
• Assist guests with arrival to spa treatments on time.
• Ensure dirty linens are taken to laundry nightly and clean linens stocked to par level.
