Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Familiar with maintenance tools like lawn mowers and hedge trimmers.
• Must be able to swim, climb stairs and ladders, bend or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and common areas.
• Inspect and clean pools daily.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Assist in preparing vacancies for market.
