Job summary

Leslie’s Pool Supplies is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and service pool equipment at residential and commercial locations. You’ll work outdoors, provide expert guidance to customers, and build lasting relationships while representing Leslie’s professionally.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour during training with 40% commission after training and earnings potential of $60,000–$100,000+ per year. Company provides trucks, uniforms, and thorough training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• General plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of a multimeter and electrical connections.

Responsibilities

• Sell, install, and repair pool equipment at homes and businesses.
• Interact with customers to provide service, recommendations, and guidance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
• Follow safety procedures and driving rules.
• Collaborate with Service Managers to meet company guidelines.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair heaters.
• Repair motors, filters, and pool systems.
• Resolve suction and priming issues.
