Job summary

Leslie's is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead pool service delivery at residential and commercial sites. You0will work outdoors, performing sales, installations and repairs of pool equipment, with trucks and training provided.

Starting Training Pay: $20.00 / hour. Post Training Pay: 40% commission with earnings potential $60,000-$100,000+ per year. Competitive benefits and career growth await.

Qualifications

• Valid driver s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Working knowledge of general plumbing and/or electrical systems.
• Basic ability to use a multimeter and make electrical connections.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales, installation, and repair of swimming pool equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Interact directly with customers to provide service, product recommendations, and general guidance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair gas and electrical pool heaters.
• Diagnose and repair motors, filters, timers, pool cleaners, and related components.
