Pentair is seeking a Pool Field Service Tech in Miami, FL. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool equipment and systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls, to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience with pool equipment or related fields (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical), strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and repairs for pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, offering timely solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance with the pool builder or servicer and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with pool professionals to provide technical guidance and coordinate training with Sales and the National Training team.
• Maintain detailed service records and reports for each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all interactions.

We have an opportunity for a Pool Field Service Tech to join our Miami, FL team. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience with pool equipment or a background in similar industries like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

You will:

• Provide on-site technical support and repairs for pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, offering timely solutions for pool builders and servicers
• Conduct preventative maintenance with the pool builder or servicer and recommend improvements to optimize system performance

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pool equipment repair or related filed (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)

• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Shift: Hours

• 8:00am -5:00pm EST - must be flexible
• Open to Overtime as needed

Location, Geography and Travel

• Ideal candidate will be in Miami/Fort Lauderdale area

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $30.00 - $35.00/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
