Pentair is hiring a Pool Field Service Tech for the Miami, FL area to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool equipment on-site for customers. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ideal candidates have pool equipment experience (or related HVAC/plumbing/electrical) and hold a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel. Working hours are 8:00am–5:00pm EST, with occasional overtime and a focus on safety and quality service.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical support and repairs for pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, offering timely solutions for pool builders and servicers.
• Conduct preventative maintenance with the pool builder or servicer and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with pool professionals to provide technical guidance and coordinate training efforts with Sales and the National Training team.
• Maintain detailed service records and report for each job.

We have an opportunity for a Pool Field Service Tech to join our Miami, FL team. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience with pool equipment or a background in similar industries like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

You Will

• Provide on-site technical support and repairs for pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, offering timely solutions for pool builders and servicersConduct preventative maintenance with the pool builder or servicer and recommend improvements to optimize system performance

Key Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Shift: Hours

• 8:00am -5:00pm EST - must be flexible
• Open to Overtime as needed

Location, Geography and Travel

• Ideal candidate will be in Miami/Fort Lauderdale area

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is: $30.00 - $35.00/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
