Job summary

Episcopal Retirement Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Pool and Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure safe and sanitary pool, locker room and spa areas across DH and MPL facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, test water chemistry, and troubleshoot equipment to support residents' well-being.

Strong candidates will have a high school diploma, prior pool maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, and a current Certified Pool Operator license or willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior pool/spa maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Certified Pool Operator license.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and over 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine upkeep of pools, locker rooms, and spa areas.
• Test and adjust pool/spa water chemistry according to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot pool and spa equipment and coordinate with manager for escalations.
• Assist in daily maintenance of both facilities and laundering of towels.
• Coordinate with Wellness Department to uphold ERS standards.
• Maintain Certified Pool Operator license and travel between sites.
