Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Certified Pool Operator license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and over 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and regular upkeep tasks (including weekends) for pools, locker rooms, and spa areas.
• Conducts daily pool/spa water testing and makes chemical adjustments per safety standards.
• Troubleshoots and resolves pool/spa issues; escalates complex problems to manager.
• Maintains locker rooms and launders towels and linens at DH and MPL.
• Travels between DH and MPL to maintain pool, locker rooms, and spa areas.
• Reports incidents to the manager in a timely manner and attends trainings as required.
