Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Laurel, MT property near Yellowstone. The role focuses on keeping the hotel’s physical structure, grounds, pool and hot tub in excellent condition, while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

You will perform routine maintenance, test and balance pool chemistry, handle basic repairs, manage work orders, and follow a preventative maintenance plan. The position requires high school diploma and a CPO/AFO certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in general maintenance or handyman work desirable; pool/spa maintenance is a plus.
• Must obtain pool operator certification (CPO or AFO) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain pool and hot tub water chemistry and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and guest requests promptly.
• Follow preventative maintenance and safety protocols.
• Inspect HVAC components and basic systems.
