Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Production Associate to support the manufacture of automatic pool covers and related components. You will operate semi-automated equipment, use hand and power tools, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) with company match; starting pay is $20.75 per hour with discretionary

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience operating semi-automated machines and using hand tools.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask, work on a team, and work independently.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hour shifts, bend, reach, push, pull.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read basic English and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work with one’s hands and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform assignments to create pool covers.
• Maintain a safe working environment while performing tasks.
• Operate semi-automated equipment and use power tools, light fabrication, cutting and sewing as applicable.
• Work as part of a team to manufacture auto pool covers and components.
