Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Production Associate to support our pool component manufacturing team. You will train with seasoned leaders, perform hands-on production tasks, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.

The role is full-time, on-site with early shift hours (5:30 AM–2:00 PM) and mandatory overtime. Competitive pay starts at $24.44 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a team and independently, with hands-on tasks.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–12 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of pool production.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
• Work on a team of associates manufacturing pool components.
• Shift Schedule: M-F 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM – overtime mandatory.
