Denscot Pool & Spa is seeking a Pool Construction Technician to join a field-based team in Connecticut. Earn $38K-$62K+ annually with hourly + performance payouts, and work on high-end residential pool projects outdoors.

You will be part of a craftsman-driven crew that values reliability, detail, and ownership of the job, with room to grow within the company. The role offers a full-time schedule, with weekdays and potential extended hours seasonally.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance methods.
• Extensive knowledge of pool chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites.
• Execute pool layout and site preparation.
• Perform excavation, framing, and structural setup.
• Complete tiling, stonework, and finishing details.
• Handle basic plumbing and equipment installation.
• Operate and maintain machinery and tools properly.
• Keep work vehicle clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
• Support additional tasks to keep projects moving.

Pool Construction Technician

Earn $38K-$62K+ annually (hourly + performance payouts) working hands-on in a field-based construction role building high-end residential pools. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship, works outdoors, and gets rewarded for staying on schedule and delivering quality work.

Position Overview

Pay Range: Path To $62K+ A Year, Depending on Experience!

Compensation Breakdown

• Hourly Rate: $18 - $30 depending on experience
• Annual Range: $38K - $62K+ a year
• Others: Profit payout if under time/budget

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• 10 months a year (possible expansion to year round)
• Saturdays as needed April - September
• 7 am start time with approximate return to warehouse 5-6 pm

Position Requirements

• High school diploma
• Previous experience as a Pool Technician or related field preferred
• Knowledge of proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods
• Extensive knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and their properties
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting and equipment repairs
• Ability to lift heavy equipment(50lbs)
• Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
• Professional appearance
