Mauna Kea Resort is seeking a Pool Host to manage the Hau Tree Pool and pool lawn areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety and a welcoming guest experience on site in Waimea, Hawaii. The role involves assisting with towel services, beach setup, and guest assistance in line with resort standards.

Responsibilities include daily safety checks, guest greeting, towel and amenity provisioning, and participating in resort programs and activities.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pool and pool lawn areas are clean, orderly and safe.
• Greet guests warmly at pool desk and assist with beach/lawn setup.
• Assist with towel coordination and amenity distribution per hotel standards.
• Inform guests about Ocean Awareness Program and beach services.
• Assist with safety, emergencies and hotel procedures as directed.
