Job summary

Troon, the world’s leading golf and community-management company, invites applications for a Pool Concierge at Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL. The role focuses on maintaining pool area cleanliness, answering guest questions, and supporting daily operations to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

You’ll assist with program and event setup, reservations, open/close checklists, and general housekeeping.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of department programs, events, and activities.
• Answers guest questions regarding such programs.
• Records all cash, check, and charges based on established cash control procedures.
• Maintains understanding of operating procedures for pool, bikes, boats, and fitness equipment.
• Completes checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures.
• Takes direction from Facility Coordinator, Special Event and Youth Coordinator, and Conference Recreation Coordinator
• Assists in the implementation of programs, youth programs, special events, and conference recreation events.
• Provides safe environment within facilities and activities.
• Processes recreation reservations as needed.
• Setting up furniture and pool umbrellas
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Checking in Members to the pool area and general cleaning duties.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Possess a high level of energy, initiative, enthusiasm, cooperation, and exercise good judgment and discretion.
• Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift to 50 lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently, and up to 20 lbs. constantly.
• Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. Works indoors and outdoors.

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday, 9am- 6pm
