Job summary

Blue Solutions Pools & Spas, LLC in Nokomis, FL is seeking a dependable Pool Service Technician to join our growing, locally owned team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday with no weekend routes, and involves maintaining weekly residential pool routes, balancing water chemistry, and troubleshooting equipment.

You will receive paid on-the-job training, and a company truck after successful completion of training.

Qualifications

• Previous pool maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in landscaping, pest control, irrigation, HVAC, construction, or general maintenance is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning equipment and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Looking for a stable, long-term employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned weekly route of residential swimming pools.
• Skim, brush, and vacuum pools as needed.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Clean and maintain pool filters and equipment.
• Identify and report equipment issues or potential problems.
• Provide professional and dependable service to customers.
• Manage your assigned route independently while meeting company quality standards.

Blue Solutions Pools & Spas is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing team as a full-time Pool Service Technician!

We are a locally owned pool service company looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is interested in building a long-term position with our company.

Previous pool service experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate. Experience in landscaping, pest control, irrigation, HVAC, or general maintenance is a plus!

SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS

Monday-Friday.

Start time no later than 8:30 AM.

Approximately 40 hours per week, depending on route completion and efficiency.

Additional pools may be offered when available for technicians interested in additional hours.

Company vehicles are picked up and returned daily. A company truck is provided after training.
