Sea Island is seeking a Pool Cleaning Assistant Manager in Sea Island, GA. This full-time role involves hands-on leadership, pool care, and on-site coaching of technicians to uphold five-star standards.

You will balance chemicals, inspect work, adjust routes, and ensure safety while delivering exceptional guest service in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in pool cleaning, maintenance, or related fieldwork.
• Leadership experience (crew lead, trainer or senior tech).
• CPO certification or plan to earn one.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Durable for outdoor work in changing conditions (kneeling, bending, lifting, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Clean pools, test water, and balance chemicals.
• Troubleshoot minor pool and equipment problems in the field.
• Run ride-alongs, field evaluations, and real-time coaching with technicians.
• Inspect finished work, follow up on corrections, and settle guest and customer concerns.
• Adjust routes and coverage during high-demand stretches.
• Enforce chemical handling, PPE, and equipment safety standards, and keep service records accurate.

Sea Island is hiring a full-time Pool Cleaning Assistant Manager in Sea Island, GA, paying $48,000 to $54,000 per year. You will service pools and coach technicians on the same day, often on the same route, keeping every pool at the five-star standard our guests expect. You need 2 to 4 years in pool cleaning, pool maintenance, or related fieldwork, plus leadership experience of some kind (crew lead, trainer, senior tech, or informal).

• You take pride in water chemistry and equipment work you can stand behind, and you hold a CPO certification or plan to earn one.

• You are the person newer techs come to when a job goes sideways, and you coach without making anyone feel small.

• You are a clear communicator who stays organized and works a problem through to a real fix.

• You bring a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record, and you are comfortable working from route management or field service apps.

• You bring the durability for outdoor work in changing conditions, including kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for long stretches.
