Job summary

Poolwerx is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Redlands, CA to provide pool and spa cleaning and maintenance for a growing client base. The role emphasizes reliable, friendly service and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with early start times and indoor/outdoor work in a sunny setting. We offer training, company vehicles and gas, competitive hourly pay with potential for commissions, and opportunities for advancement within a 42-year-old

Qualifications

• Full time availability Mon-Fri starting between 6:30AM-7:30AM, occasional Saturdays during major holidays.
• Reliable and adaptable.
• Team player.
• Positive attitude.
• Proficient in computer and smartphone use.
• Able to communicate well with clients and fellow workers.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat and work kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent pool and spa cleaning and maintenance to clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Load vehicle with stock and maintain a stock register.
• Record materials used for invoicing.
• Identify maintenance problems or faults and upsell opportunities.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will provide consistent quality pool and spa cleaning and maintenance service, developing and maintaining a base of satisfied clients. Full Time and Part Time Positions Available

Responsibilities

• To ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals
• Provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients.
• Provide professional pool & spa cleaning, water balancing, and client follow-up.
• Load vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recorded and maintain a stock register and required tools to undertake services
• Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.
• Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults
• Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Full time availability Mon-Fri starting between 6:30AM-7:30AM, Occasional Saturdays when there are major holidays mid week.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License for at least 5 years, minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Test that includes THC
• Able to lift 50 LBS, bend, squat and work in a kneeling position.
• Love to work outdoors, even in heat over 100 degrees and cold.
• Proficient in computer and smart phone use.
• Able to communicate well with clients and fellow workers.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
