Job summary

Smart Pool Services LLC is seeking a Pool Service Maintenance Specialist I to maintain pools at client sites and facilities. You will perform cleaning, chemical treatments, routine testing, and log water quality while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 80 pounds and one year of related experience, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related experience required.
• Must lift up to 80 pounds.
• Adequate sight and hearing to interpret readings and records.
• Physically able to perform all pool and facility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains filled pools and facilities by skimming, vacuuming, and chemical treatments.
• Performs deep cleaning including brushing and scrubbing walls, floors, and surfaces.
• Tests pool water for pH, chlorine, bacteria, algae and other data.
• Ensures correct color, chemistry, and clarity of pool water.
• Calculates and adds chemical treatments to balance pH and safety.
• Inspects pool and equipment; troubleshoots and repairs issues.
• Completes daily logs of chemical usage, water quality, repairs, and supplies.
• Resolves client or customer problems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
