  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare poolside tables and lounge dining areas before service, ensure settings are correctly arranged.
  • Set and maintain table settings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service including condiments and utensils.
  • Stock and replenish service stations with silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, and supplies.
  • Maintain assigned service areas and ensure timely water service.
  • Clear tables between courses and after guest departures, remove dishes and linens.
  • Clean, sanitize, and reset tables, chairs, and poolside areas per standards.
  • Polish and store silverware, glassware, and equipment properly.
  • Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
  • Keep service stations, storage, and server areas organized, stocked, and clean.
  • Remove dirty linens and dispose of trash; maintain guest-facing and back-of-house cleanliness.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for events, cabanas, and poolside functions.
  • Prioritize safety in all work areas and when handling equipment and cleaning materials.
  • Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and team briefings.
  • Maintain uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Main Duties

As a Pool Busser, you play a vital role in supporting the service team and creating a seamless guest experience throughout our pool and outdoor dining areas. You will assist servers by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables, stocking service stations, and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment.

General Duties
  • Prepare all poolside tables and lounge dining areas before service, ensuring place settings are properly arranged and presentation standards are met.
  • Set and maintain appropriate table settings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including condiments and utensils items.
  • Stock and replenish all service stations throughout the shift, including silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, and service supplies.
  • Maintain assigned service areas, ensuring guests receive water service promptly and assisting team members as needed.
  • Clear tables efficiently between courses and upon guest departure, removing dishes, glassware, and linens.
  • Clean, sanitize, and reset tables, chairs, and poolside dining areas according to company standards.
  • Polish and properly store silverware, glassware, and service equipment.
  • Complete all assigned opening, side work, and closing duties.
  • Ensure pool service stations, storage areas, and server stations remain organized, stocked, and clean throughout the shift.
  • Remove dirty linens, dispose of trash appropriately, and maintain cleanliness in all guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
