Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Recreation Attendant for the Bayview Pool Complex at South Seas on Captiva Island, FL. You will handle pool and beach operations, assist with cabana rentals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and fluent English. The role requires a 40-hour week with weekends and holidays, with a starting wage around $20.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a hotel/resort setting is preferred.
• Must have fluent English and be able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up pool seating and umbrellas, remove trash, stock towels and provide clean towels.
• Direct guests with courtesy and supervise waterslides, ensuring safety at all times.
• Oversee cabana rentals and maintain clean, safe pool and guest areas.
• Greet beach guests, escort to preferred area, provide clean towels and enforce safety rules.
• Monitor inventory and assist with replenishment of towels, chairs and umbrellas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
