Job summary

Opal Collection is seeking a Pool Attendant to welcome guests and support daily pool operations. You will greet guests, assist with towels, set up pool deck areas, and maintain excellent guest relations throughout shifts.

The role requires strong communication, reliable scheduling, and the ability to lift and move towels and equipment as needed. Prior hospitality experience is a plus and a weekend/holiday availability is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent guest service skills and clear communications.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at pool in a professional, friendly manner.
• Anticipates guest needs and responds promptly.
• Maintains positive guest relations at all times.
• Manage pool deck cleanliness, towels, furniture, and safety standards.
• Assist with daily operations and opening/closing duties.
