Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Pool Attendant to greet guests, maintain pool decks, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. You will prepare the pool area, assist guests, and support daily operations with towels, furniture, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include replenishing supplies, recognizing VIPs, and adhering to safety standards while delivering excellent guest service. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities within a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Lift up to 20 lbs and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for prolonged periods and walk as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at the pool in a professional, friendly manner.
• Anticipates guest needs and acknowledges all guests.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Know daily house count, VIPs, arrivals/departures, and facility hours.
• Transport towels from Laundry and prepare pool deck setup.
• Set up pool furniture, towels, and umbrellas.
• Remove trash and debris from pool areas and deck.
• Clean pool deck, restrooms, and ensure supplies.
