Job summary

Turnberry Ocean Colony is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant for a full-time role in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. You will ensure prompt, professional service to residents and guests, prepare pool and beach areas, and support related operations to maintain high standards of safety and hospitality.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of beach-service experience, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Minimum 1 year Beach service experience in Hotel or Residential.
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces (e.g. sand)
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Set up pool & beach area prior to opening each day
• Set up tables and chairs when and where required
• Ensure equipment is working and in place
• Provide residents with towels as needed
• Show residents available chairs and set up
• Inspect the pool & beach area for cleanliness throughout the day
• Ensure Resident & guest satisfaction throughout the day
• Maintain, clean, and properly store equipment
• Assist Food & Beverage operations with bussing pool and beach tables
• Provide residents with menus
• Distribute amenities in pool and beach areas
• Maintain property records related to pool & beach operations
• Understand & comply with safety regulations and other laws
