Description

Restock and document the bar's inventory to enhance customer/guest services.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develop alternative solutions and use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism; treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
• Knowledge of, and ability to, interpret and follow policies and procedures appropriately.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
• Present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely, whether oral or written.
• Meet the demands of the work schedule; be punctual. May occasionally require working outside of regular hours; schedules vary based on business needs.
