Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Pool Bar Server to deliver food and beverages to guests across the pool area, ensuring a positive experience and timely service. The role reports to the Pool Bar Assistant Manager and requires guest-focused service, product knowledge, and the ability to work in varied weather and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, staying compliant with policies and liquor

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of high-volume food service experience.
• Table service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to carry trays weighing at least 10 lbs.
• Maintain professional appearance and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Take guest orders, serve food and drinks.
• Familiar with menu specifications and abbreviations.
• Adhere to food & beverage policies, state liquor laws and related procedures.
• Collect payments in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Knowledgeable of restaurant ordering and expediting systems.
• Coordinate with kitchen expeditor and communicate order discrepancies.
• Complete setup and closing duties in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Handle guest concerns and relay feedback to management.
• Promote positive public/employee relations.
• Perform other assigned duties.
