• Minimum one year of high-volume food service; table service experience preferred.
• Ability to carry trays weighing at least 10 lbs.
• Ability to deliver a positive, memorable guest experience.
• Professional appearance and outgoing, energetic personality.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays and all shifts.
• Must communicate effectively with guests in English.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and serve guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Take guest orders, serve food and drinks.
• Know menu specifications and abbreviations.
• Adhere to policies, state liquor laws and related materials.
• Handle payments in a courteous way.
• Communicate with kitchen expeditor and check order accuracy.
• Complete set-up and closing duties promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Address guest concerns or compliments to the manager on duty.
• Promote positive relations with guests and staff.
• Perform other assignments as directed.
