What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and servers in a fast-paced, fun-loving poolside environment.
• Craft an inviting atmosphere for guests, creating moments they'll remember long after the sun sets.
• Oversee bar operations including scheduling, inventory, ordering, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Drive sales and maximize revenue through creative drink specials and promotions.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of bar or restaurant management experience (poolside or resort experience a plus!).
• A passion for hospitality and a knack for turning up the energy while keeping things smooth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• TABC or relevant alcohol certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work outdoors, weekends, and holidays because the pool party doesn't stop!

Qualifications

4 years experience in the food and beverage industry. Two+ years in a management position. Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department. Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful. Read, write and speak English. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members. Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
