The pay for this position is $20 per hour. This is a part-time role, with interviews for Friday-Sunday, 12pm-8pm, at multiple locations.

We are NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a portfolio of over 350 top brands in luxury residential and hotel sectors across 30 U.S. markets.

A typical day at one of our pool decks…

As an NFC Amenity Pool Attendant, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses. You will be the first point of contact for residents and their guests at the pool. Your main goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting pool guests courteously.
  • Providing information about pool hours and relevant details professionally.
  • Enforcing safety rules politely.
  • Setting up and arranging pool furniture for comfort and relaxation.
  • Monitoring the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
  • Keeping records of pool attendance and incidents.
  • Working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and sunlight.
  • Maintaining pool amenities stock.
  • Monitoring weather conditions and following protocols to ensure safety.
  • Following property procedures for access and security.
  • Wearing the designated uniform and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Interacting positively with residents and guests.
