Position: Beach Club Pool Attendant

The Pool Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. Key functions include maintaining a clean pool environment, checking wristbands for access control, greeting guests, assisting with property information, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail.

Job Duties

• Check guest wristbands to maintain access control.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area.
• Perform custodial and cleaning tasks within the Club House and outdoor pool.
• Run errands for Club personnel as required.
• Report issues and completed tasks to the Club Manager and Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills with guests.
• Ability to read, write, and determine Club membership eligibility.
• Ability to operate a computer for membership and guest access, and perform point of sale operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds multiple times during a shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot or inclement weather conditions.
