An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Beach Club Attendant to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for residents and guests. This role involves overseeing the pool and beach areas, maintaining cleanliness, and providing essential services to enhance the resident experience. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down poolside and beach chairs, ensuring equipment is in working order, and communicating effectively with residents. The beach club attendant is responsible to oversee the pool & beach area, make safety announcements, and set up chairs and keep areas well maintained for Residents and Guests to use at all times. Will serve residents by providing information and services during hours of operations.
Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside & beach chairs.
Must be service-oriented, and know HOA rules and policies as they pertain to the Beach Club.
Picks up debris from the pool & beach and keeps the area tidy.
Checks equipment, games, and sporting goods are in working order for resident use.
Work cohesively with all staff members and communicate effectively with residents.
High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Completion of College level courses in Hospitality is strongly desirable.
Ability to lift 50 lbs;
Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time;
Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment;
Reach with hands and arms;
Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word;
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions;
Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner;
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
