As a Pool Attendant, you work at exclusive addresses, being the first point of contact for residents and guests. Your main goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, making residents feel at home through genuine interaction and safety enforcement.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting guests courteously
• Providing pool hours and information professionally
• Enforcing safety rules politely
• Setting up and arranging pool furniture
• Maintaining a tidy pool deck
• Monitoring the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies
• Keeping records of attendance and incidents
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintaining pool amenities and water quality
• Following weather protocols for swimmer safety
• Managing access procedures for residents, guests, and vendors
• Wearing the supplied uniform and engaging positively with guests
• Washing and providing clean towels as needed
