Responsibilities

• Prepare the pool area for service and ensure cleanliness.
• Greet guests professionally and assist with seating and service.
• Guide guests through the menu and describe dishes and beverages.
• Accurate order taking and confirmation of special requests.
• Master the menu details to engage guests and upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff to deliver timely service.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Present bills clearly and finalize the guest experience.

Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages.
