Pool Attendant

Your Journey

1. Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with towels and water.
3. Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas as designated by management.
4. Perform walk through of the pool area monitoring and cleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccable and inviting environment.
5. Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment.
6. Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, recreation, and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
8. Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

1. Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over.
2. Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift.
4. Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis.

The pay scale for the Pool Attendant position is from $20.00. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Pendry reasonably expects to pay for the position.
