Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks friendly staff to embody the Aloha spirit, help guests and uphold safety standards across our sparkling properties.

You will welcome guests, monitor pool areas, ensure cleanliness and collaborate with teams to deliver authentic, memorable experiences for guests and colleagues alike. Strong English communication and flexible shifts are required.

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Manages the swimming pool area including welcoming guests, enforcing safety rules, managing pool equipment and facilities among other duties.
• Ensures Outrigger's standards of cleanliness and safety are met at all times.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
