Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri, is seeking a friendly Pool Attendant to help guests enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools or waterpark, while ensuring safety and hospitality.

Seasonal role with starting pay of $15 per hour, reports to Recreation Manager and Director of Recreation; must be at least 16 years old; duties include guest interaction, logs, safety, and cleanliness.

As a Pool Attendant, you will be a vital part of creating an environment of fun and participation while ensuring that the guests are enjoying the area safely. You will enjoy talking to people of all ages including young children.

Responsibilities Include

• Maintain pool chemical and cleaning logs.
• Greet all guests and creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Maintain a safe and clean facility and enforce all appropriate safety rules.
• Ensure guests are using the slides and water areas safely and following safety instructions and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Possess strong hospitality skills while in direct contact with the guests, other staff members and on the phone.
