Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Osage Beach MO is seeking a friendly Pool Attendant to join seasonal operations. You will greet guests, monitor pool activities, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for all ages as part of the recreation team.

Responsibilities include logging pool chemicals and cleaning, ensuring safety guidelines are followed, and providing hospitality to guests at the indoor/outdoor pools and water park.

Qualifications

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Possess strong hospitality skills while in direct contact with guests, other staff members and on the phone.
• Ability to scrupulously follow Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
• Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
• Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
• Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
• Conducts him/her self, acts and dresses professionally at all times.
• Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.

With good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are looking for a friendly, confident and welcoming individual to attend to the indoor or outdoor pools and/ or the indoor waterpark and assist our guests as needed.

Pay $ 15 per hour

Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of ageReports to: Recreation Manager, Director of Recreation

As a Pool Attendant, you will be a vital part of creating an environment of fun and participation while ensuring that the guests are enjoying the area safely. You will enjoy talking to people of all ages including young children.
