Grande Dunes Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Pool Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with towels, check-in, and answer calls. This front-facing hospitality role emphasizes service, appearance, and safety across pool areas. Training is provided for those new to the hospitality field.

No prior experience is required; regular attendance and a friendly, outgoing attitude are essential for success in this role at our premier club.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes each guest with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Checks in Members and Guests into the computer and hands out towels.
• Takes incoming telephone calls, notes reservations and special requests by guests.
• Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas.
• Remains visible at pool check in, and is easily accessible to guests, staff and management.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
