Job summary

Kompose Resort Kissimmee is seeking a reliable, guest-focused Pool Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool and lazy river environment for resort guests throughout the day and into the evening.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, cleaning pool deck and lounge areas, setting up furniture, greeting guests, handling towels and tubes, logging chemical levels, reporting hazards, and assisting with evening closing.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift (up to 25–30 lbs) for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent 10 AM–10 PM shift, including weekends/holidays.
• Availability Friday-Sunday

• Check and log pool/lazy river chemical levels or report issues to maintenance/management.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs.
• Assist with evening closing procedures, including lighting checks and area lockup.
• Provide basic information about resort amenities, dining, and activities

• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs
