OTO Development is seeking a Pool Attendant to monitor access, greet guests, and maintain the pool area in a hotel setting. You will clean seating, disinfect surfaces, and ensure safety rules are followed, while assisting housekeeping as needed.

You will also monitor pool water quality, manage towel inventory, and provide guests with local activity recommendations. Flexible schedule and outdoor work are required for this role.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Flexibility with schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise pool area and monitor all persons entering to ensure only authorized hotel guests are using the facilities.
• Clean and disinfect pool seating in accordance with CDC/COVID guidelines.
• Maintain order at the pool and ensure guests adhere to all safety rules.
• Greet guests.
• Monitor inventory of pool towels.
• Pass out and collect pool towels.
• Monitor pool water quality and inform maintenance of any discrepancies.
• Open and close the pool area.
• Assist in housekeeping and other back of the house areas as needed.
• Provide recommendation for nearby activities and eateries.
• Clean and maintain all public restrooms in and around the pool area.

What will you be doing most days?

• Supervise pool area and monitor all persons entering to ensure only authorized hotel guests are using the facilities
• Clean and disinfect pool seating in accordance with CDC/COVID guidelines
• Maintain order at the pool and ensure guests adhere to all safety rules
• Greet guests
• Monitor inventory of pool towels

Physical and Intellectual Requirements

• Ability to bend at waist.

• Ability to comply with facility, guest, and personal safety procedures
