We’re Hiring! Four Seasons Resort and Residences, Napa Valley is seeking a Full Time Pool Attendant! We have two pools with breathtaking views at our new beautiful resort – one for adults and one for families! Our guest will be able to lounge at the pool and enjoy lunch at our open-air poolside restaurant, Campo, which offers a Cal-Mexican menu highlighting Napa Valley produce.

About The Role

Provide guests with water and oshibori service, towels, assistance with seating, food and beverage service, and support with pool equipment and setup. Respond courteously and professionally to maximize guest satisfaction. Assist with food delivery, clearing, and describing menu items accurately.

What You Will Do

1. Provide water, oshibori, towels, and seating assistance at pools.
2. Set up and reset amenities, lounge beds, and chairs.
3. Take orders and describe food and beverage options vividly.
4. Communicate orders to the kitchen and coordinate food timings.
5. Check orders and deliver food promptly, ensuring quality.
6. Anticipate guest needs, respond to concerns, and offer suggestions.
7. Close guest checks, process payments, and handle voided or complimentary meals.
8. Assist with food delivery and guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
9. Deliver food accurately and appealingly, with strong food knowledge preferred.
10. Assist with table and pool area setup and cleaning, greeting guests per Four Seasons standards.
11. Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.

What You Bring

• Six months to one year of food and beverage service experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Napa Valley is desirable but not required.
• Experience in luxury hotels or resorts preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills and guest handling ability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
