Job summary

Premier Marine, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our manufacturing environment by moving, storing, and organizing raw materials, components, and finished products.

You will receive shipments, stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and prepare items for production or shipment in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working with safety standards and company protocols to help us build the world’s best pontoons.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment is preferred.
• Proficiency with reading routings, work orders, manifests, and production reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move materials and products within the department.
• Load and unload trucks at shipping and receiving docks.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and purchase orders against packing slips.
• Follow safety rules and company protocols in daily tasks.
• Complete production records paperwork accurately.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments and prepare items for production or shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare daily audit reports for inventory accuracy.
