We are seeking an experienced Polyurethane Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on polyurethane injection experience who can operate independently.

Candidates who have demonstrated experience performing polyurethane and single-component injections are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform polyurethane foam injection for concrete lifting, leveling, and stabilization
• Operate polyurethane pumping equipment safely and efficiently
• Evaluate job sites and determine proper injection approach
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are clean and organized
• Complete projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience with polyurethane injections; experience with soil stabilization and deep injection methods preferred.
• Experience running or managing jobs without supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
