Creative Foam Corporation is seeking a dedicated Operator for our Dayton, Ohio facility. The role focuses on the effective operation of polyurethane foam machinery, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on the line.

You will monitor equipment, maintain tooling, record data, and participate in continuous improvement while upholding company 5S standards and workplace safety the entire shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating polyurethane foam machinery is preferred.
• Ability to read and verify tooling and machine parameter set points.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Start up PU machines and monitor cycle times.
• Inspect machine condition and tooling for leaks and wear.
• Maintain tooling and perform basic maintenance to meet quality specs.
• Record data accurately on line boards and Plex system.
• Label and manage molded parts per quality policies.
• Support 5S and clean-as-you-go practices in work area.
• Escalate any quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
