Job summary

ProMedica's Bay Park Hospital Sleep Center seeks a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders during night shifts. You will conduct routine and complex sleep studies, including CPAP, Bi-level, REM, and MSLT testing, with oxygen titrations as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 12 months in Polysomnography, and RPSGT certification or eligibility with certification within 6 months of hire; a 2-year commitment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RPSGT certification, or eligibility with certification within 6 months of hire, is required.
• Must complete A-Step online modules or a CAASHCP Sleep Training Program or an Electro Neuro Diagnostic Program or a Respiratory Therapy add-on Track for Sleep Technology, with BCLS at hire.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 12 months experience in Polysomnography
• RPSGT – Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, if not Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, Registration may be obtained in one of the following ways within 6 months of hire:
• Completes the A-Step online modules
• Completes a CAAHCP accredited Sleep Training Program
• Completes an Electro Neuro Diagnostic Program
• Completes a Respiratory Therapy add-on Track for Sleep Technology Certification: BCLS at time of hire.
