Polysomnographic Technologist - Registration - Sleep Disorder - Full Time (40 hrs)/Midnights - Detroit

Join our team at Henry Ford Health as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) in the Sleep Center, located at the Detroit Main Campus.

Position Details
  • Full Time - 40 Hours - Midnight Shift (10- or 12-hour shifts starting at 7:30 PM)
  • Location: Henry Ford Detroit Main Campus, 2799 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202
Role Overview

We seek a skilled Polysomnographic Technologist who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will be essential in diagnosing and caring for patients with sleep disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex sleep procedures and therapeutic interventions, including CPAP and BiPAP titrations
  • Assist in troubleshooting during challenging data acquisitions to ensure high-quality sleep studies (PSGs)
  • Score and analyze sleep recordings based on established guidelines
  • Generate detailed reports for physician review
  • Ensure compliance with BRPT Standards of Conduct
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree with scientific coursework preferred
  • Registration as RPSGT through BRPT required
  • BCLS Certification required
