Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an experienced Sleep Polysomnographic Technologist to oversee the Sleep Disorders Lab operations, score overnight polysomnograms and perform MSLT and specialized sleep studies. The candidate brings a minimum of three years as an RPSGT with BLS certification, and must be capable of lifting 75–100 pounds and handling up to 30 pounds.

Position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sleep Disorders Lab. The incumbent is responsible for scoring overnight polysomnograms and for performing MSLT and specialized sleep studies. Additionally responsible for serving as a resource to other department personnel and other ancillary medical personnel as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: (None)
Licenses/Certifications: Registered by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT – Registered Polysomnographic Technologist); Certification in Basic Life Support.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Three (3) years experience as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) performing and scoring sleep studies proficiently. The position requires occasional or frequent lifting up to 75-100 pounds and carrying of up to 30 pounds.
