Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Product and Technology Development Engineer to lead R&D projects in polyolefin resins and compounds, delivering new products and optimizing formulations.

The role focuses on creating value, solving customer concerns, and strengthening competitive edge while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, quality, and customers to troubleshoot issues, improve process performance, yield, energy efficiency, and cost

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of polymer experience, preferably in polyolefins with lab research.
• Strong background in Polymer Chemistry and Catalysis.
• Knowledge of polymer structure–property relationships and processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new and improved products, formulations, catalyst technologies, and technical solutions to create value or cost savings.
• Provide technical support to operating units to enable safe, reliable operation and minimize interruptions.
• Study manufacturing processes to improve productivity, yield, energy efficiency, and cost.
• Monitor product quality trends, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and meet business objectives.
