Autonomy Staffing seeks a Polymerization Operator in Sumter, SC for a full-time position. The role involves producing materials on Line A and Line B, following safety protocols, and monitoring utilities and process conditions to sustain quality output.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to grasp and retain instructions effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with operators and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks required in the production of materials on Line A and B Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while performing all tasks in a timely manner.
• Monitor utilities (HTM, cooling water, steam system, air, chilled water, and demineralized water) and record necessary information.
• Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and packaging of finished products.
• Load feedstock as required (e.g., acid vessels, dissolvers).
• Make corrective adjustments to equipment and utilities as directed by the shift supervisor to maintain process conditions.
• Monitor and document all process conditions as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
