Responsibilities

• Monitor the polymerization process and maintain production systems within established operating conditions.
• Safely shut down and restart polymerization process equipment.
• Identify, respond to, and troubleshoot process upsets.
• Perform routine area audits and communicate equipment or process concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area to prevent product contamination or mislabeling.
• Follow safety, quality, environmental, and energy procedures.
• Communicate important process information during shift changes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and plant safety initiatives.
• Report potential safety, quality, environmental, or production concerns to management.
